Bernett has opened a new call center in Salt Lake City, Utah, delivering innovative phone data collection solutions. This 40-seat call center creates greater research capacity, allowing Bernett to better meet the demands of its large customer base. The decision to open the call center was due in large part to its location in Salt Lake City. The city, known to many in the tech sector as Silicon Slopes, is an emerging hub for technology startup companies in the country. Utah was ranked as America’s Top State for Business in 2016 by CNBC. Bernett technology partners include Qualtrics and Domo, both start-ups located in the Slopes.
